1. Who is responsible
This website and the application described below are operated by Artem Shaulskyi, trading as SHAR AI, an independent consultant based in Switzerland, providing AI implementation services for businesses.
Contact details are listed in section 10.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers two things, and they are deliberately kept separate because they handle data very differently:
- The website at sharai.site - a public marketing site describing services, prices and case studies.
- Life OS Publisher - a private, single-user application that connects to social platform APIs (TikTok, YouTube) in order to upload videos and captions authored by the owner to the owner's own accounts on a schedule.
3. Data collected by the website
The website does not have user accounts, login, comments or newsletters. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising scripts.
| Data | Why | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| Server request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) collected automatically by the hosting provider | Delivering the site, security and abuse prevention | Kept by the hosting provider under its own retention schedule |
Language preference stored in your browser under the key sharai-lang | Remembering whether you read the site in Russian, English or German | Stays in your browser until you clear site data. It never leaves your device. |
If you choose to contact the owner through the Telegram links on the site, that conversation happens inside Telegram and is subject to Telegram's own privacy policy. Whatever you write there is kept only as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the engagement.
4. Data handled by Life OS Publisher
4.1 What it accesses
After the owner explicitly authorises the application through the platform's own OAuth screen, the application receives an access token scoped to the owner's own account. It uses that token for one purpose only: uploading video files and their captions that the owner has created.
| Data | Purpose | Where it is stored |
|---|---|---|
| OAuth access and refresh tokens for the owner's own accounts | Authenticating upload requests | Encrypted in the macOS Keychain on the owner's personal computer, or in a permission-restricted environment file on the owner's private server. Never in a browser, never in a public repository. |
| Basic account identifiers returned by the platform (open ID, username, display name) | Confirming that the upload targets the correct account | Local files on the owner's own machine |
| Video files and captions authored by the owner | The content being published | Local files on the owner's own machine |
| Public performance metrics of the owner's own published posts (views, likes, comments count) | The owner's own content analytics | A private database accessible only to the owner |
4.2 What it never does
- It does not collect or process data belonging to any other platform user.
- It does not read private messages, follower lists or other people's content.
- It does not sell, rent, share or transfer any data to third parties.
- It does not use any data for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.
- It does not train machine learning models on platform data.
- It does not allow any other person to sign in or connect their account.
4.3 Revoking access
Because the only authorised account is the owner's own, access can be withdrawn at any time from the platform's own settings - for TikTok under Settings, Security and permissions, Manage app permissions, and for Google under the Third-party apps and services page of the Google Account. Revoking access immediately invalidates the stored token. Tokens are deleted from local storage when they expire or when access is revoked.
5. Legal basis
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), processing rests on these grounds:
- Legitimate interest - keeping the website available, secure and functional.
- Consent - connecting a social media account through OAuth, given by the owner and withdrawable at any time.
- Contract - correspondence with clients about services requested.
6. Who the data is shared with
No data is sold or shared for marketing. Data is processed by these service providers only to the extent needed to run the site and the application:
| Provider | Role |
|---|---|
| Vercel Inc. | Website hosting and delivery |
| TikTok / ByteDance | Receiving the owner's uploaded videos through the Content Posting API |
| Google LLC (YouTube) | Receiving the owner's uploaded videos through the YouTube Data API |
| Telegram | Messaging channel if you choose to write |
Data may also be disclosed if required by applicable law.
7. International transfers
The providers above may process data outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Transfers rely on the providers' own contractual safeguards, such as EU standard contractual clauses.
8. Your rights
You have the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing, and to request a copy in portable form. Write to the address in section 10 and you will receive an answer within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, your local supervisory authority.
9. Children
This site and application are not directed at children under 16 and no data is knowingly collected from them.

11. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page and the "Last updated" date at the top is changed. Material changes affecting how data is handled will be described in the text rather than made silently.
